Prior to the creation of Lyapin Petrov & Partners, А. А. Lyapin was an attorney at Russin & Vecchi and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, US international law firms, Gide Loyrette Nouel, a French international law firm, BDO, an international consulting group, and also the head of the corporate investment projects and commercial disputes practice areas in ООО Pepeliaev, Goltsblat & Partners.
Working in international law and consulting firms, А. А. Lyapin represented the largest western and Russian multinational corporations in such significant projects as preparation of the 22nd Winter Olympic Games to be held in Sochi
in 2014,development of the Shtokman gas-condensate field, implementation of the production sharing agreement on the Sakhalin shelf, protection of shareholders’ interests in high-profile corporate disputes. Mr. Lyapin has extensive experience in providing legal support for investment projects at all stages of their implementation. He regularly represents clients before courts of all instances.
Anton Lyapin is a distinguished graduate of the law department of the Far Eastern National University, received a LL.M. degree in international business law from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific (USA), and received a second higher education in financial management at the Russian Academy of Economics named after Plekhanov.
